EU CUSTOMS CHARGES

No surprise charges on delivery. For EU orders under €150 (excluding VAT and shipping), we collect VAT at checkout through the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) and pay all customs duties and fees ourselves. What you pay at checkout is all you pay.

This also helps your parcel clear customs faster.

Orders over €150 (excluding VAT and shipping) aren’t covered by IOSS, so import VAT and handling charges may be collected on delivery.

Italy: a €2 local customs fee is currently collected from the recipient on delivery. We’re working with Royal Mail to cover this ourselves.

Shipping to the EU: €9.95 (£7.95), or free on orders over £90 (about 2 tees). Delivery in 5–8 working days.
